EE Times MEMS buzz

MEMSI/O, I/O it's off to work we go

Here you will find a compilation of EE Times' coverage of MEMS, sensors and actuators; as well as relevant snippets and lists. It will develop as we go along like a kind of MEMS blog – only it’s a buzz.

MEMS (standing for microelectromechanical systems) has been a hot topic for a while but the increasing use of MEMS sensors in consumer equipment, particular games consoles, smartphones and tablet computers, has seen market numbers and technical interest shoot upwards recently. But MEMS is really many different technologies and markets they touch an increasing set of markets from the RF to life sciences and medical. Enjoy!
